Formerly known as the Fel Hand, after a turbulent time in a Footfall dock the ship has now been rechristened as the Black Hand.

The Firestorm Class Frigate is a variant of the Sword Class Frigate, designed to link the speed and manoeuvrability of an escort, with the bite of a lance vessel. The systems utilized to power the Sword’s laser weapons battery have been reconfigured to power the single prow-mounted lance of the Firestorm

Though Fel’s modified Firestorm does not have the brute power of a larger ship, it combines strength, speed, and firepower—meaning he is able to deal with a variety of situations in turn. The Fel Hand was one of several ships that Hadarak Fel has plied the expanse in over the last hundred years, wrested off of pirates of the Unbeholden Reaches when it was known as the Bloody Hand.
